A single father and casual thief living off the things he steals and sells. He can't afford his family but he would never let them go, even if it killed him. Lives in Upper Eastside because it's the best he can pay for, though sometimes the household goes hungry. He has his heart set on his children and would be considered a "noble criminal" in any place that wasn't here. He doesn't eat any food until his children have eaten first.

Twin siblings that look so much alike that the only ways to tell them apart are their clothes and moves. They are learning to be thieves just like their father so they can look after themselves in the event that he gets locked up, hospitalized, or killed. They tease each other a fair bit and fight as siblings do, but dislike being separated. Zee is the braver and stronger of the two and Luke is more withdrawn and strategic. The two work together as a unit and are sometimes referred to as a single entity in two bodies.

A young child that is just starting to grasp awareness of the world around him, but isn't old enough to do much on his own. He seems to enjoy the sight of spices and spicy things though, and his favorite word is "pepper."
